The Vita Student ‘price guarantee’ is a promise from Vita Student that we expect the price at which you have booked to be the lowest price for your specific room type, floor, view and in the same building for the remainder of the 25/26 booking year (for a full term booking of 44 weeks or more), and if you notice any ‘similar room’  available at a lower price than your agreed price, we will match it in accordance with the below terms and conditions:

• This offer is only available on the following buildings and only valid on bookings made between 12:00am UK time on 26^th November 2024 and 11:59pm UK time on 31^st December 2024 (inclusive):

  • Birmingham Pebble Mill
  • Bristol Zed Alley
  • Coventry Copper Towers
  • Edinburgh Iona Street
  • Edinburgh Fountainbridge
  • Exeter Portland House
  • Glasgow West End
  • Leeds Portland Crescent
  • Leeds St Albans
  • Liverpool Crosshall Street (Tinlings and Crosshall)
  • London Lewisham Exchange
  • Manchester Circle Square (Medlock, Charles and Nobel)
  • Manchester First Street
  • Newcastle Westgate
  • Nottingham Station Street
  • Sheffield Telephone House
  • Southampton Richmond House
  • York Lawrence Street
• If at any point throughout the 25/26 booking year the price advertised for a full-term 25/26 booking (44 weeks or more) for a similar room of the same room type, floor and view in the same building becomes available directly from Vita Student, and the advertised price on the Vita Student website only is greater or equal to £15 per week less than the base price you have booked, we will match your price to the lower rate. For the avoidance of doubt, any price advertised through any other means whatsoever including any other website, or by any booking agent or other partner of Vita Student, will not be eligible for price matching.
• The final date of our price guarantee is the 1^st September 2025 after which no further price matches will be permissible, regardless of whether a lower price for a similar room becomes available.
• There is no limit to the number of times a price can be matched throughout the 25/26 booking year.
• The price guarantee is only available on bookings that transact through the Vita Student website (i.e. any private or secondary market sales that transact elsewhere will not be covered).
• The price guarantee relates to your base price without any premiums. Therefore, if your booking includes a premium for booking for 44-weeks or on a payment plan, this can only be price matched against a booking on the same contract terms.
• Vita Student will not proactively contact students if any lower priced rooms become available. It is the booked student’s responsibility to contact Vita Student on customerengagement@vitastudent.com to request a price match should any lower priced rooms appear available on our website.
• A ‘similar room’ will be assessed on the basis of the room type, floor and view in the same building as your current booking.  Vita Student retains absolute discretion in determining whether a room is considered a ‘similar room’ but will act reasonably in making such an assessment.
• The price guarantee is not applicable on any Block Booking or Advanced Purchase bookings through our Partners.

• We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
