2024/25 Refer a Friend Promotion

1. Vita Student are offering a monetary award to reward you for referring another student who books with us for the 2024/25 academic year.
2. The standard monetary award under this promotion is £250/250€ to you and £250/250€ to the student you refer. The value of the monetary award may change during specified promotional periods.
3. You will be able to able to enter between October 2023 and September 2024.
Eligibility Terms
1. To be eligible to enter for this promotion you must:
  - be a current 2023/2024 resident or have booked with us for the 2024/25 academic year, and
  - not be in breach of your Occupancy Agreement with us, and
  - refer a person who will be a full-time student for the 2024/25 academic year and who wishes to book a room at a Vita Student Building.
2. For the student you refer to be eligible they must:
  - successfully book with us at a Vita Student building within 28-days of being referred by you, and
  - book for an occupation period of no less than 44-weeks during the 2024/25 academic year, and
  - not be already active on our database at the time they are referred to us.
3. There is no limit to the number of students you can refer to us under this promotion.
Eligibility to claim Monetary Reward
1. You and the student you refer will be eligible to claim the monetary award when the following conditions are met:
  - The Eligibility Terms in 4 and 5 above were met, and
  - as of 1^st November 2024, you and the student you referred, have both taken occupation of the rooms under your respective Occupancy Agreements in the Vita Student Buildings, and
  - all payments due to date under your respective Occupancy Agreements have been made
How to Claim Your Reward
1. If you successfully referred a student and all of the eligibility terms were met, you will be contacted by us in November 2024 via email and invited to claim your reward.
2. You must claim your reward by 1^st December 2024, after which date the reward will no longer be available and all rights to claim the reward are forfeited.
3. The reward is not a discount off any fees or charges that you or the student you refer may owe us, but it is a separate amount paid to you by us, via a method of our choosing. In order to claim the reward, you may be required to agree to the terms and conditions of a third party payment service who will be appointed to manage the payments on our behalf.
We reserve the right to amend, terminate or withdraw this promotional offer at any time without liability to you or any person you may refer.
