Any current Vita Student resident or anyone who has booked for the 2026/27 academic year is eligible to refer friends.

Yes. You can refer friends to any Vita Student building. Just make sure:

• Your friend confirms which city and building they want.
• Your friend is happy to be contacted by us before you submit their details.

Absolutely! You can refer as many friends as you like. The more you refer, the more you earn.

Rewards start at £200 / 200€ each for your first referral. Cashback amounts increase with more referrals:

• 1 friend → £200 / 200€ each
• 2 friends (Group of 3) → £300 / 300€ each
• 3 friends (Group of 4) → £400 / 400€ each
• 4 friends (Group of 5) → £500 / 500€ each
• 5+ friends (Group of 6+) → £600 / 600€ each (maximum reward per person)

You can refer unlimited friends, but the maximum reward per person is £600 / 600€.

No. Cashback is only paid once your friend has successfully booked and checked in. If your friend cancels or doesn’t check in, the reward will be void.

Referral payments are made in October and November. If you’re paying for your License Fee in instalments (in Spain), your cashback will be sent after your October instalment is paid.

Referring is simple. Just follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Check your friend is happy to be contacted by us.
2. Complete the referral form with your details, your friend’s details, and your building name.
3. Our team will contact your friend to complete their booking.
4. Once all criteria are met, you’ll both receive your cashback by November.

Referral rewards breakdown:

1 friend → £200 / 300€ each

2 friends (Group of 3) → £300 / 300€ each

3 friends (Group of 4) → £400 / 400€ each

4 friends (Group of 5) → £500 / 500€ each

5+ friends (Group of 6+) → £600 / 600€ each (maximum reward per person)

Yes, you can still refer your friends. However, you’ll no longer be eligible for cashback rewards but you will be helping them find the best student accommodation on the market.

To qualify for cashback:

• You must have booked to stay during 2025/26 or 2026/27.
• Your friend must book within 28 days of being referred.
• Their stay must be at least 44 weeks (or 45 weeks in Barcelona) for the 2026/27 academic year.
• The person you refer must not already be on our database.
• Rewards are paid after both of you check in (not as a License Fee discount).
• If either of you doesn’t check in, the cashback is void.
• Maximum reward: £600 / 600€ per person.
• Temporary promotions may increase these amounts.
