    THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY VITA STUDENT MANAGEMENT LIMITED AND APPLIES TO THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.

    Definitions

    ‘Cashback’ means a monetary reward for booking with Vita Student for the 2025/26 licence year pursuant to the terms and conditions below.

    ‘Booking’ means a completed booking for the 2025/26 academic year which requires You to sign a licence agreement which is accepted and pay an advanced rent fee (if applicable).

    Cashback terms of offer

    • To be eligible for this Offer, you must:
    • have completed a Booking before 30th April 2025 and checked into your room;
    • have booked a minimum of 36 weeks starting before January 2026 at a Vita Student Property in order to qualify for the Offer, unless stated otherwise.
    • You will not be eligible for this Offer if you have booked your accommodation through a Block Booking partner or have not entered into a licence agreement
    • You will be eligible for the Offer redemption when the following conditions are met:
      (a) You have paid all rent instalments due as of 1 November 2025 and you do not owe Vita Student any other fees, or;
      (b) You have paid your rent in full for the entire year.
    • If you do not meet the above conditions by 1 November 2025, you will not be eligible for the Offer.
    • This Offer can be applied in conjunction with Refer a Friend (RAF) promotions only where the referral under RAF is not a current or previous Resident of a Vita Student property. See refer a friend Terms and Conditions.
    • The Offer is only applicable to You and is non-transferable. In cases where a room is booked with dual occupancy, only the lead booker is eligible for the Offer.
    • If you request to be released from your licence agreement and we accept such request, we reserve the right to rescind this cashback offer and/or deduct the value of any cashback payment received from any Licence Release related refund.
    • The Offer is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable between Vita Student properties.
    • The offer can not be used on a Property of the week room, please see property of the week terms and conditions.
    • Cashback payment will be made in the form of a bank transfer no later than 31st December 2025, or at a subsequent later date if for operational reasons we have not been able to facilitate the dispatch to those qualifying. You will be required to complete a cashback form after checking in in order to redeem your cashback offer. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.
    • The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of Vita Student Limited.
    • The Offer is subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the Offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice during this promotion.
    • Offers do not apply to Licence Takeovers.

    ‘Booking’ means a completed booking for the 2025/26 academic year which requires You to sign a licence agreement which is accepted and pay an advanced rent fee (if applicable).

    Property of the week terms of offer

    • To be eligible for this Offer, you must:
      • have completed a Booking before 30th April 2025
